(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）投標單位應為合法的貨物制造商或代理（經(jīng)銷）商，在合法范圍內(nèi)開展經(jīng)營活動，具有履行本項目的相關供應能力和服務能力；
（2）投標單位所提供貨物必須為原廠生產(chǎn)、未經(jīng)使用的、全新合格產(chǎn)品，同時提供可靠的售后服務，不允許代加工、分包或轉(zhuǎn)包；（需提供針對本項目的貨源渠道及穩(wěn)定性、配套售后服務、服務響應時間等相關支撐資料）
（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（1）The bidding entity should be a legitimate manufacturer or authorized (distributor) of the goods, operating within legal boundaries and possessing the relevant supply and service capabilities for this project;（ 2) The goods provided by the bidding entity must be original, unused, brand-new, and meet quality standards, accompanied by reliable after-sales service. Contract manufacturing, sub-packageing, or any form of third-party involvement is not allowed; supporting documents such as sourcing channels, stability for the project, complementary after-sales services, and service response times for this specific project are required; （3) Vendors with the same individual as the entity in charge or those with direct controlling or management relationships cannot participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.

1、本項目設置單價控制價（具體詳見招標文件-采購需求），超過任意項單價控制價的報價視為無效報價。
2、本項目服務期限為三年（****年1月1日至****年**月**日）。首次合同服務期限為****年1月1日起至****年**月**日，再次簽訂合同前須經(jīng)各項目使用單位考評合格后，后續(xù)合同一年一簽。中標單位供應服務響應時間**小時，具體按照與招標使用單位約定的合同時間、指定地點代儲，并能確保按時送達招標使用單位指定地點。
