(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）投標(biāo)單位應(yīng)為合法的貨物制造商或代理（經(jīng)銷）商，在合法范圍內(nèi)開(kāi)展經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)，具有履行本項(xiàng)目的相關(guān)供應(yīng)能力和服務(wù)能力；
（2）投標(biāo)單位所提供貨物必須為原廠生產(chǎn)、未經(jīng)使用的、全新合格產(chǎn)品，同時(shí)提供可靠的售后服務(wù)，不允許代加工、分包或轉(zhuǎn)包；（需提供針對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的貨源渠道及穩(wěn)定性、配套售后服務(wù)、服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間等相關(guān)支撐資料）
（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（1）The bidding entity should be a legitimate manufacturer or authorized (distributor) of the goods, operating within legal boundaries and possessing the relevant supply and service capabilities for this project;（ 2) The goods provided by the bidding entity must be original, unused, brand-new, and meet quality standards, accompanied by reliable after-sales service. Contract manufacturing, sub-packageing, or any form of third-party involvement is not allowed; supporting documents such as sourcing channels, stability for the project, complementary after-sales services, and service response times for this specific project are required; （3) Vendors with the same individual as the entity in charge or those with direct controlling or management relationships cannot participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.

1、本項(xiàng)目設(shè)置單價(jià)控制價(jià)（具體詳見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件-采購(gòu)需求），超過(guò)任意項(xiàng)單價(jià)控制價(jià)的報(bào)價(jià)視為無(wú)效報(bào)價(jià)。
2、本項(xiàng)目服務(wù)期限為三年（****年1月1日至****年**月**日）。首次合同服務(wù)期限為****年1月1日起至****年**月**日，再次簽訂合同前須經(jīng)各項(xiàng)目使用單位考評(píng)合格后，后續(xù)合同一年一簽。中標(biāo)單位供應(yīng)服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間**小時(shí)，具體按照與招標(biāo)使用單位約定的合同時(shí)間、指定地點(diǎn)代儲(chǔ)，并能確保按時(shí)送達(dá)招標(biāo)使用單位指定地點(diǎn)。
