簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目建設地點位為老港鎮(zhèn)牛肚村拱極東路南北兩側(cè)，西至秋荷路，東至同強路，項目面積**6.**畝(具體以實測為準)。撫育內(nèi)容為修枝、采伐、苗木補種、地被種植、基礎設施建設等，以進一步提升林地景觀效果及休憩功能，具體以設計方案及新區(qū)批復為準。
中標單位需根據(jù)招標文件，擬定實施方案與技術措施，全過程各個環(huán)節(jié)須滿足環(huán)保、生態(tài)公益林養(yǎng)護標準及林業(yè)撫育工程質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范和國家有關規(guī)范標準內(nèi)容的要求，確保項目根據(jù)新區(qū)林業(yè)部門驗收要求，一次性驗收合格率**0%。

6、提供依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金、近三年沒有重大違法記錄的書面聲明。
7、未被“信用中國”、“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單[以查詢的報名開始之日止前三年內(nèi)的記錄為準]。
