Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To further improve the intelligent management level of police equipment rooms, it is planned to build 5 intelligent police equipment rooms. The project products have not undergone import certification, and overall imported products are not accepted. Subcontracting or subcontracting is not allowed for this project. (For specific details, please refer to "Chapter 2 Project Procurement Requirements")

2、落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿(mǎn)足的資格要求：
本項(xiàng)目面向大、中、小、微型企業(yè)，事業(yè)法人、其他組織或自然人采購(gòu)等各類(lèi)投標(biāo)人采購(gòu)。
3、其他資格要求：
3.1根據(jù)《上海市政府采購(gòu)供應(yīng)商信息登記管理辦法》已登記入庫(kù)的供應(yīng)商。
3.2本項(xiàng)目不允許聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
3.3未被列入《信用中國(guó)網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法失信主體和“中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單。
3.4為該采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該項(xiàng)目的其他采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
