Brief Specification Description:We provide services such as hardware equipment repair, spare parts, on-site presence, system health inspection, computer room engineering operation and maintenance, information security assurance, system analysis and optimization, on-site support for major issues, emergency response plans, fault recovery drills, document and knowledge base maintenance, etc., to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the archive information system support platform of the Archives Bureau and Archives of the New Area, prevent and anticipate the occurrence of problems, avoid or reduce losses, and ensure that the application system provides services safely, reliably, and uninterruptedly.
