Brief Specification Description:The project to be implemented this time involves communication pipeline facilities, including overhead lines and incoming cables, etc. It is required to remove waste lines, merge loose lines and lay them underground reasonably. The villages involved are Heping Village, Hongqiao Village, Huanglou Village, Jielong Village, LAN Gan Village, Xinbang Village, Xinchun Village and Changfeng Village. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、持有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照和安全生產(chǎn)許可證；4、具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)；5、擬派項目經(jīng)理具有市政工程專業(yè) 貳 級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Hold valid business licenses and work safety permits; 4. Possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction; 5. The proposed project manager should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in municipal engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project manager of any other ongoing construction project.
