合同履約期限：自合同簽訂生效之日起8個月內(nèi)完成項目的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)以及測試工作，并分階段部署系統(tǒng)開始試運行，整體上線后再進(jìn)行不低于3個月的整體試運行。
