（2）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級及其以上資質(zhì)。
（3）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（4）投標人擬派項目經(jīng)理的建筑工程專業(yè)二級（含以上級）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。
（5）單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
（6）沒有因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設(shè)行政管理部門暫停承接業(yè)務(wù)且在限制期內(nèi)的。
（7）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。
