| 修改、澄清（答疑）內(nèi)容如下： 一、本工程招標文件-第二章 投標人須知-投標人須知前附表-第7.6.1條款履約擔保- 編列內(nèi)容“2.履約擔保形式”修改為： “2.履約擔保形式： 1.現(xiàn)金，以現(xiàn)金形式遞交的，應由監(jiān)理人基本賬戶轉(zhuǎn)出；2.銀行保函或廈門市金融擔保或保險機構(gòu)出具的建設工程監(jiān)理合同履約保證保險。其中：銀行保函應由冠以“銀行”名稱且為支行及其以上級別的金融機構(gòu)出具；出具擔保保函的擔保機構(gòu)應為商業(yè)擔保公司。出具的銀行保函或擔保保函應為不可撤銷、見索即付的無條件擔保。3.建設工程監(jiān)理 合同履約擔保應符合《廈門市住房和建設局等 4 家單位 關于印發(fā)完善實施建設工程保證機制指導意見的通知》（廈住建建筑〔****〕** 號）的規(guī)定?！?，招標文件中涉及此處的均做相應修改。 二、本工程招標文件-第四章 定標方案-定標方案前附表-信用要素-子要素內(nèi)容：（1）投標人最近期的福建省工程監(jiān)理企業(yè)信用綜合評價分值中的企業(yè)季度信用得分。（福建省工程監(jiān)理企業(yè)信用綜合評價分值中的企業(yè)季度信用得分按招標文件第二章投標人須知的附錄 1 “投標人資質(zhì)條件、能力和信用”中第3 項“信用要求”中的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。）-評審標準修改為：“定標候選人最近期在福建省工程監(jiān)理企業(yè)信用綜合評價分值信用評價分值為**（含）以上的得**0分，信用評價分值為**分（含）-**分（不含）的得**分，信用評價分值為**分（不含）以下的得**分。”。 三、本工程原投標文件遞交的截止時間（投標截止時間）由“****-**-** **:**:**”修改為：“****-**-** **:**:**”。招標文件中涉及此時間的均做相應修改。 四、本招標文件修改、澄清（答疑）紀要（一）與招標文件有不符之處，以本答疑為準。 （以下無正文） |
