簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：因新唐鎮(zhèn)敬老院管理運行需要，擬通過公開招標(biāo)方式選擇一位合格供應(yīng)商運營管理新唐鎮(zhèn)敬老院，包括不限于敬老院業(yè)務(wù)接待、行政人事、長者生活照料、醫(yī)療服務(wù)、文化娛樂、膳食供應(yīng)、后勤保障、安全保障、財務(wù)、設(shè)施設(shè)備管理等方面的全面管理。（具體詳見第三章服務(wù)需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Due to the needs of the management and operation of the new Tang Zhen nursing home, it is planned to select a qualified supplier to operate and manage the new Tang Zhen nursing home through public bidding, including comprehensive management of business reception, administrative personnel, life care for the elderly, medical services, culture and entertainment, food supply, logistics support, security, finance, facilities and equipment management, etc. (See Chapter III Service Requirements for details)
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起一年。
