1.根據(jù)上海市財政局的規(guī)定，本項目招投標工作必須在上海市政府采購云平臺上進行。本項目潛在供應商在投標前應當自行了解政府采購云平臺的基本規(guī)則、要求、流程，具備網(wǎng)上投標的能力和條件，知曉并愿意承擔電子招投標可能產(chǎn)生的風險。
2.如果供應商發(fā)現(xiàn)響應文件存在數(shù)據(jù)丟失、缺漏、亂碼等情況，或在投標過程中遭遇因系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡故障等技術原因產(chǎn)生的問題，請及時聯(lián)系政府采購云平臺****3。
