簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：建港村已入選第七批鄉(xiāng)村振興示范村名單，為配合示范村創(chuàng)建，現(xiàn)擬對(duì)照任務(wù)清單，實(shí)施建港村鄉(xiāng)村振興村組基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施補(bǔ)短板項(xiàng)目，對(duì)建港村內(nèi)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施進(jìn)行提升。建設(shè)內(nèi)容包含6組排水管道提升、原桃博園北入口橋欄桿新建、村委會(huì)內(nèi)部公共空間提升、建西路健身點(diǎn)提升等。
Brief Specification Description:Jiangang Village has been selected into the list of the seventh batch of rural revitalization demonstration villages, and in order to cooperate with the creation of demonstration villages, it is now planned to implement the infrastructure shortcomings of the rural revitalization village group of Jiangang Village against the task list to improve the infrastructure in Jiangang Village. The construction content includes the upgrading of 6 sets of drainage pipes, the new construction of the railing of the north entrance bridge of the original Taobo Park, the improvement of the public space within the village committee, and the upgrading of the fitness point on Jianxi Road.

（2）具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)。
（3）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（4）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的市政公用工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
（5）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
（6）沒(méi)有因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設(shè)行政管理部門(mén)暫停承接業(yè)務(wù)且在限制期內(nèi)的。
