(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、 須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
4、 符合《上海市政府購(gòu)買(mǎi)服務(wù)管理辦法》第六、七條規(guī)定；
5、 本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.
