簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目西起唐鎮(zhèn)友誼河，東至潘家路，長(zhǎng)約 0.** 公里，規(guī)劃河口寬 ** 米。為配合項(xiàng)目主體工程推進(jìn)，擬對(duì)通信管線及設(shè)備進(jìn)行搬遷，以保證通信線路的安全及暢通等，本項(xiàng)目一次性搬遷到位，搬遷前后光電纜設(shè)備容量、段落長(zhǎng)度、拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)基本一致，搬遷盡量減少通信中斷時(shí)間。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:This project starts from Tang Zhen Friendship River in the west and ends at Panjia Road in the east, with a length of about 0.**km and a planned estuary width of **m. In order to cooperate with the main project of the project, it is planned to relocate the communication pipelines and equipment to ensure the safety and smoothness of communication lines. This project is relocated in one time, and the capacity, paragraph length and topological structure of optical cable equipment are basically the same before and after relocation, so as to minimize the communication interruption time. （6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有通信與廣電工程專業(yè)一級(jí)注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
