Brief Specification Description:The practical project of improving and enhancing property services will be implemented in ** residential communities including Zijingyuan and the 4th Phase of Yulanxiangyuan. The main construction contents include the following related projects: sidewalk repair, partial road restoration, square renovation, roof waterproofing renovation, renovation and replacement of community gateways, street lamp transformation, partial wall repair, flower box installation, partial outdoor railing repair, and replacement of floor tile skirting lines.
