(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：具備建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的市政公用工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)，擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具備市政公用工程注冊(cè)建造師二級(jí)及其以上。本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Possesses construction qualifications for municipal public works general contracting at level three or higher issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The proposed project manager must have a registered constructor qualification for municipal public works at level two or higher. This project is specifically aimed at procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises.
