簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：采購人擬委托第三方為金楊新村街道金楊五街坊小區(qū)屋面及相關(guān)設(shè)施改造項(xiàng)目提供代建服務(wù)，工程總投資：****.**萬元，其中建安費(fèi)****.**萬元，其他費(fèi)用**2.**萬元，預(yù)備費(fèi)**5.**萬元。建設(shè)規(guī)模：金楊五街坊內(nèi)**幢房屋屋面整新、外立面整新、單元入口整新、公共樓道修繕、建筑排水更新、小區(qū)附屬設(shè)施修繕、道路修繕和景觀綠化更新等工程，總建筑面積約******平方米。建設(shè)范圍：金楊五街坊小區(qū)內(nèi)房屋共計(jì)**幢。代建工作內(nèi)容包括但不限于項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程各階段的投資、進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、安全、信息等的代建工作（其中投資管理必須按國(guó)家審計(jì)的規(guī)范運(yùn)作），達(dá)到委托人要求。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）

Construction scale: The project includes the roof renovation, exterior facade renovation, unit entrance renovation, public corridor repair, building drainage renewal, community ancillary facilities repair, road repair and landscape greening renewal of ** buildings in Jinyang Fifth Street Block, with a total construction area of approximately **1,**0 square meters. 合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至整個(gè)項(xiàng)目代建服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)各項(xiàng)目全部驗(yàn)收完畢，并向采購人完整提供相關(guān)服務(wù)文檔之日止。
