(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3.1未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單[以查詢的提交首次響應文件截止之日前3年內(nèi)的信用記錄為準]。
3.2具備市政公用工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)，并具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。
3.3擬派項目經(jīng)理具有市政公用工程專業(yè)貳級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。

3.3 The proposed project manager shall possess a registered construction engineer qualification of Grade II or above in the municipal public works discipline, hold a valid certificate of passing the safety production assessment, and not serve as the project manager of any other ongoing construction projects.
