簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)《上海市可回收物回收體系建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理導(dǎo)則（**** 版）》和《****年浦東新區(qū)生活垃圾分類減量推進(jìn)工作任務(wù)清單和指標(biāo)清單》等文件精神，確認(rèn)推進(jìn)生活垃圾分類、源頭分類是重中之重。為有效推進(jìn)生活源再生資源回收利用，促進(jìn)生活垃圾源頭減量，更好的推進(jìn)唐鎮(zhèn)垃圾分類、可回收物回收工作，進(jìn)一步提升轄區(qū)所屬小區(qū)居民垃圾分類實(shí)效，擬通過公開采購(gòu)的方式，選取一家合格的公司為唐鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行再生資源回收清運(yùn)服務(wù)。本項(xiàng)目預(yù)估低附加值及大件可回收物**** 噸/年，供應(yīng)商按不超過**1元/噸的價(jià)格報(bào)單價(jià)，對(duì)唐鎮(zhèn)轄區(qū)的低附加值（含大件）可回收物進(jìn)行托底性回收，且低附加值及大件可回收物部分所報(bào)總價(jià)不得超過**8.**萬元?？苫厥瘴锘厥展卜?wù)平臺(tái)信息維護(hù)和現(xiàn)有惠民回收服務(wù)點(diǎn)的運(yùn)維部分報(bào)價(jià)不得超過 **.**萬元。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
