(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；4、本項目不接受組成聯(lián)合體；5、法定代表人或企業(yè)負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一標段磋商；6、具有政府行政主管部門頒發(fā)的有效期內(nèi)的測繪乙級及以上測繪資質(zhì)，且專業(yè)范圍包含工程測量、界線與不動產(chǎn)測繪。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.
