簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為全面落實(shí)《上海市生活垃圾管理?xiàng)l例》，加快完善生活垃圾全程分類體系，不斷提升生活垃圾分類工作實(shí)效，針對(duì)惠南鎮(zhèn)生活垃圾分類存在的短板問題，結(jié)合惠南鎮(zhèn)的特點(diǎn)，針對(duì)全鎮(zhèn)垃圾分類實(shí)效提供垃圾分類考核測(cè)評(píng)、巡檢指導(dǎo)、宣傳培訓(xùn)等服務(wù)。工作具體項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容、采購(gòu)范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以磋商文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)（詳見采購(gòu)需求）。
Brief Specification Description:In order to fully implement the Shanghai Municipal Regulations on the Management of Domestic Waste, accelerate the improvement of the full process classification system for domestic waste, continuously enhance the effectiveness of domestic waste classification work, and address the shortcomings of domestic waste classification in Huinan Town, combined with the characteristics of Huinan Town, we provide services such as garbage classification assessment, inspection guidance, publicity and training for the overall effectiveness of garbage classification in the town. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the negotiation document (see procurement requirements for details).

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (4) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (5) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (6) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years;
