1.根據(jù)上海市財政局的規(guī)定，本項目招投標工作必須在上海市政府采購云平臺上進行。本項目潛在供應(yīng)商在投標前應(yīng)當(dāng)自行了解政府采購云平臺的基本規(guī)則、要求、流程，具備網(wǎng)上投標的能力和條件，知曉并愿意承擔(dān)電子招投標可能產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險。
