（4）擬派項目負責人須具備建筑工程專業(yè)注冊建造師二級及其以上資質以及安全生產考核合格證。
（5）須具備建設部門頒發(fā)的有效期內的《安全生產許可證》(非上海市施工企業(yè)，安全生產許可證需備案)。
（6）本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。
（7）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Possess a Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of construction engineering issued by the Ministry of Construction. (4) The proposed project leader must possess a Grade II or higher qualification as a registered construction professional and a certificate of passing the safety production assessment. (5) Must possess a valid "Safety Production License" issued by the construction department (for non-Shanghai construction enterprises, the Safety Production License needs to be filed).
