簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開招標(biāo)的方式選取一家合格供應(yīng)商提供綠化環(huán)衛(wèi)保潔綜合養(yǎng)護(hù)臨時(shí)服務(wù)。招標(biāo)范圍為集鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域道路、綠化、公廁養(yǎng)護(hù)管理；開發(fā)區(qū)紅線外非直管綠地養(yǎng)護(hù)管理；綠化市容托底工單處置。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to provide temporary comprehensive maintenance services for greening, environmental sanitation and cleaning. The scope of the tender covers the maintenance and management of roads, greenery and public toilets in the market town area. Maintenance and management of non-directly managed green Spaces outside the red line of the development zone; Disposal of the bottom-line work order for greening and urban appearance. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1.未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2.須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3.本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in the list of dishonest executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
