簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目擬通過公開競爭性磋商采購的方式選取一家合格供應商實施****年濰坊社區(qū)文化活動中心社會化運營服務工作，主要是對濰坊新村街道三處陣地（南泉路**9號、嶗山路**1弄**號、張楊路****號）實施社會化專業(yè)化管理。承接社區(qū)文化體育、社區(qū)教育、科普功能的提升和活動的開展，打造濰坊文化品牌、推進社區(qū)公共陣地建設，激活群眾性文化體育活力。本項目服務期限自****年8月**日至****年8月**日。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public competitive consultation procurement to carry out the socialized operation service work of the Weifang Community Cultural Activity Center in ****. The main task is to implement socialized and professional management of three sites in Weifang Xincun Sub-district (No. **9, Nanquan Road, No. **, Lane **1, Laoshan Road, and No. ****, Zhangyang Road). Undertake the improvement of community cultural and sports, community education, and popular science functions and the organization of activities, create the cultural brand of Weifang, promote the construction of community public venues, and activate the vitality of mass cultural and sports activities. The service period of this project is from August **, **** to August **, ****. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
