簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：川沙新鎮(zhèn)六團(tuán)儲(chǔ)店村、城廂南市站、黃樓居委站、六灶鹿城站四個(gè)鎮(zhèn)級(jí)微型消防站服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。本項(xiàng)目經(jīng)財(cái)政部門批準(zhǔn)一招三年（一次采購三年享用，分年簽訂合同）。每年結(jié)束后采購人對(duì)中標(biāo)人的工作進(jìn)行考核，并在相同采購任務(wù)的條件下確定次年合同的簽訂。如年度考核未通過或項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容及價(jià)格變動(dòng)較大的（超過原合同采購金額**%），將重新采購。具體項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容、采購范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以招標(biāo)文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Four town level micro fire station service projects, including Liutuanchudian Village, Chengxiang Nanshi Station, Huanglou Neighborhood Committee Station, and Liuzao Lucheng Station in Chuansha New Town. This project has been approved by the finance department for a period of three years (one purchase for three years, with contracts signed annually). At the end of each year, the purchaser evaluates the work of the winning bidder and determines the signing of the contract for the following year under the same procurement task conditions. If the annual assessment fails or there are significant changes in project content and price (exceeding **% of the original contract procurement amount), a new procurement will be made. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.
