(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China; 3. It must possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects. 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6.
