簡要規(guī)則描述：本次控制性詳細規(guī)劃包括綜合產業(yè)片區(qū)范圍面積約**6公頃城市設計研究，以及范圍面積約**公頃控規(guī)新編，為學校建設提供法定規(guī)劃支撐，充分發(fā)揮高等院校對區(qū)域發(fā)展的綜合賦能作用。
Brief Specification Description:The detailed control plan includes an urban design study of the comprehensive industrial zone with a scope area of about **6 hectares and a new compilation of the control plan with a scope area of about ** hectares, which will provide statutory planning support for the construction of the school and give full play to the comprehensive empowering role of the institutions of higher education in the development of the region.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本項目不接受聯(lián)合投標。4、若本項目服務范圍屬于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)、供應商登記注冊所在地城市或城區(qū)常住人口**0萬以下的城市，則供應商必須具有《城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制資質證書》乙級及以上資質。若本項目服務范圍不屬于以上情形，則供應商必須具有《城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制資質證書》甲級資質。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（iii）This project does not accept joint bidding.（iV）If the service scope of this project belongs to the township, the city where the supplier is registered or the city with less than 1 million permanent residents in the urban area, the supplier must have the qualification of Grade B or above of the Certificate of Qualification for Urban and Rural Planning Preparation. If the service scope of this project does not belong to the above cases, the supplier must have Grade A qualification of the Qualification Certificate of Urban and Rural Planning Preparation.
