ThisRFTdocumentisissuedtosubcontractthe[DumpTruckRentalService]fortheLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.
1.1ChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLimited–AbuDhabi(“CPP”)has,issuedthisRequestforTender(“RFT”)toselectedbidders(eacha“Bidder”)inordertoobtainbidsubmissionsinrelationtotheprojectdescribedinbriefinparagraph3belowandinmoredetailinthescopeofworksetoutinAppendix6tothisRFT(“ScopeofWork”).
1.2FollowingsubmissionoftheBids,CPPmayselectoneBiddertoenterintoalegalagreementwithCPPintheformsetoutinAttachment5tothisRFT(“Agreement”).TheAgreementshalldetailtheScopeofWork,thetermsandconditionsandagreedfeespursuanttowhichCPPmayengagetheselectedBidder(s)toperformallorpartoftheScopeofWork.

3.1CPPhasbeenawardedbyADNOCGasProcessing(AGP)theLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEProject.TheProjectstartingfromLNGPre-conditioningPlantatHabshan5toHGCPwith**”newsuctionpipelineandanewhighpressure**”dischargepipelinefromNewHGCP(atKP-**,Habshanarea)toRLNGRuwais,withintheEmirateofAbuDhabi.ProjectscopeincludesEngineering,ProcurementConstructionofLNGTRANSMISSIONPIPELINEtoenhancetheexistingfacilitiesofPipelineNetworktosupplyfuturepotentialconsumersatdesiredbatterylimitconditionsandcateringforfuturedemand.

3.2Scopeofthework:
TheBiddershallsupplytoprovideDumpTruckleasingservicesfortheEPCprojectundertakenbytheCompany.Thescopeofservicesincludes,butisnotlimitedto,theprovisionofDumpTruckasbelow,Iftheequipmentandvehiclesprovidedbythebiddercannotbeconsistentwiththoserequiredwithinthescopeofthetender,thebiddermayalsoprovideequipmentorvehiclesofhighertonnage,orequipmentandvehiclesofdifferentmodelswiththesamepower.

3.4TheScopeofWorksaretobecompletedwithintimeframeprovidedbyCPP.
4SUBMISSIONOFBIDDINGDOCUMENTS

Ifthebidderhasanyobjectiontothetechnical,commercialrequirementsintheRequestforTenderdocuments,thebidderisrequestedtoclarifyinwritingtotheTendereewithin7daysofreceiptoftheRequestforTenderdocuments,andnoclarificationwillbeacceptedafterthedeadline.IfnoclarificationisprovidedtotheTenderee,itwillbedeemedthatthebiddercanmeetallthetechnicalandcommercialrequirements.TheTendereehastherighttorejectthedeviationitemspointedbyBidderandregardthebiddingdocumentsasunqualified.

4.4ShouldtheBidderfailtosubmitbeforetheaforesaiddeadline,theProposalDocumentswillberejected.Thetimepresentedinthee-mailshallbeconsideredasthesubmissiontime.
4.5Beforethedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetocheckwhethertheproposalshavebeensuccessfullydeliveredtotheassignedemailaddressbysendingtheemailtotheundersign.
4.6Before3daysaheadofthedeadlineindicatedabove,theBidderisentitledtorequesttheTendereetopostponethedeadlinefornomorethan7daysintotalincaseofpuzzles/difficultieshappeningtothevendorsforpreparingthebiddingdocuments.
