(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求最低均應(yīng)為5人（含）以上，且需包含：項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人（本專業(yè)中級(jí)職稱）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級(jí)園林綠化工1人（班組負(fù)責(zé)人）。園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有園林綠化專業(yè)中級(jí)職稱、《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)》，上述人員須為本市園林綠化企業(yè)人員庫(kù)內(nèi)人員，且需提供擬派施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理機(jī)構(gòu)名單(需帶條形碼)、相關(guān)職稱證書(shū)、崗位證書(shū)以及崗位人員的無(wú)在建項(xiàng)目承諾書(shū)。
（2）符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
（3）本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向中小微企業(yè)采購(gòu)。
（4）本項(xiàng)目不接受組成聯(lián)合體。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1) The minimum staffing requirement for the construction site project management organization should be at least 5 people, including: 1 project leader (intermediate professional title), 1 safety officer, 1 quality officer, 1 material officer, and 1 intermediate garden green chemical worker (team leader). (2) Suppliers who comply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project. (3) This project is only for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. (4) This project does not accept the formation of a consortium.
