When a branch of a legal entity participates in the procurement activities of this project in its own name, it shall provide relevant certification documents registered in accordance with the law and an authorization letter issued by the legal entity to assume full direct responsibility for the procurement activities of this project; Natural persons should provide identification documents. 4. Not involved in undertaking other related businesses such as project evaluation, survey, design, supervision, construction, material and equipment supply, or having a subordinate relationship or other direct interest relationship with the above units. 5. This project does prohiit subcontracting.
