(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、本次采購需要網(wǎng)上響應(yīng)，供應(yīng)商必須獲得上海市電子簽名認(rèn)證證書（CA認(rèn)證證書），根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應(yīng)商登記及誠信管理（暫行）辦法》，為已在上海市政府采購網(wǎng)登記入庫的供應(yīng)商；4、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織；5、具備電子與智能化工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；6、具有建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》(有效期內(nèi)）；7、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具有機(jī)電工程專業(yè)建造師二級(jí)及其以上資格及有效的安全考核證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理；8、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；9、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。
