簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目主要是臨港片區(qū)萬(wàn)祥派出所、蘆潮港派出所用房室內(nèi)外墻面及場(chǎng)地老化損壞、房屋漏水、衛(wèi)生間設(shè)施老化，本項(xiàng)目修繕和裝修改造主要內(nèi)容：1、外墻、圍墻、大門、室外場(chǎng)地維修改造；2、室內(nèi)墻面、地面、吊頂修繕，房門、燈具更換；3、屋面防水整修；4、衛(wèi)生間維修改造；5、車棚維修改造等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙）

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
（2）具備建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
（3）具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（4）本項(xiàng)目擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具備建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（及以上）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)知識(shí)考核合格證書，且不得擔(dān)任其他在建建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
