簡要規(guī)則描述：對規(guī)劃一路南起咸塘浜北側(cè)，向北約**0米后轉(zhuǎn)向東至萊陽路，實施長度約**0m，紅線寬度8米的規(guī)劃一路路面采用局部補強、整體銑刨加罩、水泥路面白改黑、側(cè)平石、雨水口等附屬設(shè)施修復。具體工程要點為車行道翻挖修繕，側(cè)平石翻挖修繕以及出入口的翻挖修繕。
