(c)本項目的特定資格要求：4、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人組織（本項目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動）；5、施工現(xiàn)場項目管理機構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求：*園林項目負(fù)責(zé)人（園林專業(yè)中級職稱及以上）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級及以上園林綠化工(班組負(fù)責(zé)人)1人。說明：1）上述人員配備要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜的項目，供應(yīng)商可根據(jù)項目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)增加技術(shù)管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項目負(fù)責(zé)人電子信息卡，且無在建項目記錄；3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計、園林植物、風(fēng)景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景旅游等專業(yè)；6、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；7、本項目不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。
