簡要規(guī)則描述：內(nèi)容包括但不僅限于川楊河綠地內(nèi)的建筑、園林小品、綠化、水體等各類設(shè)施的日常維護(hù)和養(yǎng)護(hù)管理，還包括各地塊內(nèi)治安、全年開放管理、綠地侵占治理、防火、防汛等綜合治理。本項目位于川楊河（錦繡路-羅山路）兩側(cè)綠廊綠地。總面積約******平方米。具體項目內(nèi)容、采購范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以磋商文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。
Brief Specification Description:The content includes but is not limited to the daily maintenance and upkeep management of various facilities such as buildings, garden ornaments, greenery, water bodies, etc. within the Chuanyang River green space, as well as comprehensive management of public security, year-round open management, green space occupation control, fire prevention, flood control, etc. within each plot. This project is located on both sides of the Chuanyang River (Jinxiu Road Luoshan Road) with green corridors and green spaces. The total area is approximately ****** square meters.Specific project content, procurement scope and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the consultation document.
合同履約期限：本項目服務(wù)期為1年，具體以合同簽訂日期為準(zhǔn)。
