a)罐前端尺寸綜合檢測儀：手動測量兩片罐罐身壁厚、罐身高度、底拱深度，操作方式便捷；配備專用發(fā)數(shù)模組，可實現(xiàn)SPC直連發(fā)數(shù)；儀器檢測精度標準為罐身壁厚：0.**1mm，罐身高度：0.**mm，底拱深度：0.**mm。
b)全自動罐底耐壓檢測儀：該儀器應具備自動測量進樣、自動測量罐底耐壓力功能，并配備罐底增長模塊功能；該儀器的量程應為0 - **0Kpa，分度應為1Kpa。
c)全自動罐身軸向承壓力測試儀：該儀器必須配備自動測量進樣及自動測量功能；該儀器的量程應為**0kg，分度應為1N，樣品范圍應為罐口內徑**0mm和**2mm，樣品罐高范圍應為** - **8mm，精度應為0.2% FS，測試行程應為**0mm。
d)前端自動檢測儀：該儀器應具備測量罐高、上壁厚度、中壁厚度、底拱深度參數(shù)的功能；該儀器的精度應為罐身壁厚：±0.**1mm、底拱深度：±0.**mm、罐身高度：±0.**mm；該儀器的分度應為罐身壁厚：0.****mm、底拱深度：0.**1mm、罐身高度：0.**1mm。
e)多工位罐內涂膜完整性測定儀：該儀器應使用雙工位半自動控制測量方式，兩個工位可以輪流或同時測量；該儀器的測量范圍應為0 - **0mA，分度應為0.**mA，精度應為±2%，單位應為mA；檢測速度應達到每罐5秒。
f)ME自動檢測儀 ：該儀器需配備三通道自動進樣裝置，以實現(xiàn)對多種罐型樣品的測試；該儀器應無需更換調整任何夾具零件，即可適合不同罐高、不同罐口內徑和罐徑的樣罐測量；該儀器應配備數(shù)據(jù)庫管理軟件，方便客戶對測量數(shù)據(jù)進行查詢、統(tǒng)計；應可保存測量結果到Excel電子表格。
g)后端自動檢測儀：該儀器需配備三通道自動進樣裝置，以實現(xiàn)對多種罐型樣品的測試；該儀器應采用非接觸式激光法，可以自動測量兩片罐的翻邊寬度、罐身高度、罐口內徑、底拱深度、翻邊角度、卷封凈空、再成形直徑、再成形高度、罐底最小直徑；該儀器的準確度應為±0.**mm，重復精度應為0.**5mm；該儀器需自動分揀不及格樣品，并配備不合格品留樣通道，方便使用者對不合格品進行分析。
h)Buckle自動檢測儀：該儀器需配備三通道自動進樣裝置，以實現(xiàn)對多種罐型樣品的測試；該儀器應具備自動測量罐底耐壓力的功能，并配備罐底增長模塊功能、罐底耐壓檢測儀軟件；該儀器應具備雙工位，無需更換任何零件就可以同時適合測量兩種罐身直徑的樣品，無需更換夾具就能同時測量縮頸罐和直身罐；該儀器的量程應為0 - **0Kpa，分度應為1Kpa。
i)軸壓自動檢測儀：該儀器需配備三通道自動進樣裝置，以實現(xiàn)對多種罐型樣品的測試；該儀器應具備雙工位，無需更換任何零件就可以同時適合測量兩種罐口內徑的樣品；該儀器的量程應為0 - ****N，單位應可選N、Kg、Lb；軸壓行程應為**0mm，分辨率應為1N。
j)罐后端尺寸綜合檢測儀：該儀器應具備手動測量翻邊寬度、罐身高度、罐口內徑的功能；該儀器的分度應為0.**mm。
k)罐滑度測試儀：該儀器應采用電氣、機械分體式設計，配備獨立控制盒，以便于檢查和維護；該儀器的摩擦系數(shù)測量范圍應為0.0 - 0.**，分度應為0.**1。
l)全自動卷邊投影儀：該儀器的分度應為0.**1mm，精度應為0.**5mm，放大倍數(shù)應為**×，選點放大倍數(shù)應為**0×；該儀器應采用Golden Lens?光學系統(tǒng)和鏡頭，以保證成像清晰。
m)靜音卷封鋸：該儀器應具備獨立的開關按鈕，以實現(xiàn)更安全的電氣設計，并符合國內安全要求；該儀器的鋸片規(guī)格應為**×**×0.5mm，切割轉速應為****轉/分，樣品范圍應為**mm，電源應為**0V/**0Hz。
n)罐底整形內徑測定儀：該儀器應用于測量罐底整型內徑；該儀器的分度應為0.**，精度應為±0.**mm。

a)Can Front-End Dimension Gauge: Manual measurement of can body wall thickness, can height, and dome depth with user-friendly operation. Equipped with a dedicated data transmission module for direct SPC connectivity. Measurement accuracy tolerance for wall thickness, can height and dome depth shall be 0.**1mm, 0.**mm, and 0.**mm respectively.
b)Automatic Can Bottom Pressure Gauge: This instrument shall feature automatic sample feeding, automatic measurement of can bottom pressure resistance, and be equipped with a can bottom growth module. Measurement range: 0 - **0Kpa with 1Kpa resolution.
c)Automatic Can Body Axial Compression Gauge: The tester shall be equipped with automatic sample feeding and measurement capabilities. Measurement range shall be **0kg with 1N resolution. The tester shall be compatible with inner lid diameters of **0mm/**2mm, can heights from ** - **8mm, accuracy of 0.2% FS, and test stroke of **0mm.
d)Automatic Front-End Gauge: The instrument shall be capable of measuring can height, upper wall thickness, middle wall thickness, and bottom arch depth. Measurement accuracy: can wall thickness: ±0.**1mm, bottom arch depth: ±0.**mm, can height: ±0.**mm; graduation: can wall thickness: 0.****mm, bottom arch depth: 0.**1mm, can height: 0.**1mm.
e)Multi-station Can Internal Coating Integrity Tester: Two-station and semi-automatic control shall be used for measurement, and the two stations can work alternately or simultaneously. Measurement range: 0-**0mA, graduation:0.**mA, accuracy: ±2%, and unit: mA. The detection speed shall reach 5 seconds per can.
f)Automatic ME Gauge: A three-channel automatic sample-feeding device shall be equipped to realize one-time testing of multiple can-type samples. The instrument shall be suitable for measuring sample cans with different can heights, different can mouth IDs and can diameters without replacing or adjusting any fixture parts. Database management software shall be provided to facilitate customers to query and analyze measurement data and save measurement results to an Excel spreadsheet.
g)Automatic Back-End Gauge: A three-channel automatic sample-feeding device shall be equipped to realize one-time testing of multiple can-type samples. The instrument shall adopt a non-contact laser method, which can automatically measure the flange width, can height, can mouth ID, bottom arch depth, flange angle, seaming clearance, reforming diameter, reforming height, and minimum can bottom diameter of two-piece cans. Accuracy: ±0.**mm, repeatability accuracy: 0.**5mm. The instrument needs to automatically sort out unqualified samples and be equipped with an unqualified sample retention channel to facilitate users to analyze unqualified products.
h)Automatic Buckle Gauge: A three-channel automatic sample-feeding device shall be equipped to realize one-time testing of multiple can-type samples. Automatic measurement of the pressure resistance of the can bottom/buckle shall be provided, along with a can bottom growth module and corresponding software for the pressure resistance tester. The instrument shall have two stations, which can be suitable for measuring samples with two different can diameters without replacing any parts, and can measure necked-in cans and straight cans without replacing fixtures. Measurement range: 0-**0Kpa, graduation: 1Kpa.
i)Automatic Axial Pressure Gauge: A three-channel automatic sample feeding device shall be equipped to realize the testing of various can-type samples. The instrument shall have two stations, which can be suitable for measuring samples with two different can-mouth IDs without replacing any parts. Pressure range: 0-****N, units: N, Kg and Lb, which can be used through selection; axial pressure stroke: **0mm, and resolution: 1N.
j)Can Back-End Dimension Measurement Gauge: The instrument shall be able to manually measuring the flange width, can height, and can mouth ID. Graduation: 0.**mm.
k)Can Surface Friction Coefficient Tester: The instrument shall adopt an electrical and mechanical split design and be equipped with an independent control box for easy inspection and maintenance. Friction coefficient measurement range: 0.0-0.**, and graduation: 0.**1.
l)Fully Automatic Seam Projector: Instrument graduation: 0.**1mm, accuracy: 0.**5mm, magnification **×, and point selection magnification: **0×. Golden Lens? optical system and lens shall be adopted to ensure clear imaging.
