簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)招標(biāo)的方式選擇一家具有資質(zhì)的供應(yīng)商，全面加強(qiáng)上鋼新村街道世博區(qū)域社會(huì)、市容環(huán)境防控能力。主要內(nèi)容包括協(xié)助上鋼新村街道世博地區(qū)范圍內(nèi)重點(diǎn)區(qū)域輔助管理、建設(shè)工地輔助管理、大型活動(dòng)服務(wù)保障、共享單車(chē)日常管理擺放、無(wú)序設(shè)攤治理、各類專項(xiàng)整治、夜間值班備勤巡查、住宅小區(qū)輔助管理、公共場(chǎng)所日常市容環(huán)境輔助管理和上級(jí)交辦的其他事項(xiàng)等。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件第三章—服務(wù)需求書(shū)。）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to comprehensively enhance the social and urban appearance and environmental prevention and control capabilities in the Expo area of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district. The main contents include assisting in the management of key areas within the Expo zone of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district, assisting in the management of construction sites, providing service guarantees for large-scale events, daily management and placement of shared bikes, governance of disorderly street vending, various special rectification campaigns, night duty and standby patrols, assisting in the management of residential communities, assisting in the daily management of the urban appearance and environment of public places, and other tasks assigned by higher authorities. For specific content and requirements, please refer to Chapter Three of the tender documents - Service Requirements.
合同履約期限：合同簽訂后一年，具體起止時(shí)間以采購(gòu)人通知為準(zhǔn)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation, no price deduction benefits will be implemented for small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1、未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法失信主體、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
2、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
4、具備省市級(jí)公安部門(mén)核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. 4. Possess a valid "Security Service License" issued by the provincial or municipal public security department.
