簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目為****年度老齡應(yīng)急服務(wù)，為進(jìn)一步做好鎮(zhèn)域高齡、獨居、孤老、殘疾老人、失獨家庭老人或其他有特殊關(guān)愛需求老人的居家養(yǎng)老安全工作，擬通過公開競爭性磋商的方式選擇一名合格的供應(yīng)商對鎮(zhèn)域****名高齡獨居以及其他特殊困難老人開展定向服務(wù)（服務(wù)名單動態(tài)更新，服務(wù)對象封頂名額為****人）。服務(wù)內(nèi)容包括但不限于主動關(guān)懷、應(yīng)急代叫、健康預(yù)警管理、越界預(yù)警管理、生活服務(wù)代預(yù)訂等線上服務(wù)，以及定期開展線下健康、文娛、興趣、智慧、科普主題活動等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project is an emergency service for the elderly in ****. In order to further improve the safety of home-based care for the elderly, solitary, disabled, elderly people who have lost their families or other elderly people with special care needs in the town, it is planned to select a qualified supplier to provide targeted services to 1,**0 elderly people living alone and other elderly people with special difficulties in the town through open competitive negotiation (the service list is dynamically updated, and the number of clients is capped at 1,**0). The service contents include but are not limited to online services such as active care, emergency call, health early warning management, cross-border early warning management, life service booking, and regular offline health, entertainment, interest, wisdom and popular science activities.
