簡要規(guī)則描述：服務(wù)范圍包括但不限于臨港新片區(qū)在監(jiān)在建工程項(xiàng)目，包括新建、改建、擴(kuò)建的房建、市政交通、水務(wù)水利類等項(xiàng)目的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)支持，包括消防工程輔助檢測(cè)檢查、大型建筑起重機(jī)械使用評(píng)估及關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)輔助檢查、超危大工程關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)安全輔助檢查。（具體采購內(nèi)容詳見競爭性磋商文件“第二章-采購需求”）
Brief Specification Description:The scope of services includes but is not limited to the high-risk projects of the monitored and under-construction engineering projects in the Lingang New Area including technical support for new construction, reconstruction, and expansion of building construction, municipal traffic, water conservancy, and other projects, including auxiliary inspection and testing of fire protection engineering, of the use of large-scale construction lifting machinery and auxiliary inspection of key nodes, and auxiliary safety inspection of key nodes of ultra-dangerous projects. (For details of the procurement content, please refer to the "Second Chapter-Procurement Requirements" in the competitive consultation document).

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3.1根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應(yīng)商信息登記管理辦法》已登記入庫的供應(yīng)商。
3.2本項(xiàng)目允許聯(lián)合體形式投標(biāo)。
3.3未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單。
3.4為該采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該項(xiàng)目的其他采購活動(dòng)。
3.5單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)。
