(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）具有市政公用工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)，且具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（2）供應(yīng)商擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有市政公用工程專業(yè)貳級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，該項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以在上海市建筑建材業(yè)網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇?zhǔn)；
（3）本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向中小企業(yè)（含中型、小型、微型企業(yè)）采購(gòu)。
（4）符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction, and possessing a valid safety production license; (2) The supplier intends to appoint a project manager with a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 (including higher levels) in the field of municipal public works, and a valid safety production assessment certificate. The project leader shall be based on the information available on the Shanghai Building Materials Industry website; (3) This project is only available for procurement to small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small, and micro enterprises).
