簡要規(guī)則描述：為進一步貫徹實施《上海市垃圾管理條例》，全面建成生活垃圾全程分類體系，加強垃圾分類源頭管理，推進轄區(qū)發(fā)展綠色可持續(xù)，開展****年東明路街道轄區(qū)內(nèi)沿街商鋪垃圾整治工作，清運面積：約******平方米。該項目主要內(nèi)容為擇優(yōu)選取一家供應商負責對東明路街道轄區(qū)的沿街商鋪垃圾分類日常檢查、上門對分類垃圾進行收集、定點清運，同時做好垃圾分類相關政策的宣傳工作等。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:In order to further implement the Shanghai Municipal Regulations on Waste Management, comprehensively establish a full process classification system for household waste, strengthen the management of waste classification sources, promote the development of green and sustainable areas in the jurisdiction, and carry out the rectification of waste from shops along Dongming Road Street by ****, with a total area of approximately ****** square meters for cleaning and disposal. The main content of this project is to select a supplier to be responsible for the daily inspection of garbage classification in the street shops along Dongming Road Sub district, collect and clear classified garbage at designated locations, and promote relevant policies on garbage classification. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履約期限：本項目采購預算所涵蓋的服務期限為****年**月**日起至****年**月**日。本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續(xù)履行服務，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的相關費用，待項目采購完成后由成交供應商按成交價折算支付給原服務單位，費用按成交總價/**5*原單位服務天數(shù)計算。
The Contract Period:The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from June 1, **** to May **, ****. Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. The relevant expenses incurred during this period will be converted and paid to the original service unit by the successful supplier based on the transaction price after the project procurement is completed. The expenses will be calculated as the total transaction price divided by **5 * the number of service days provided by the original unit.
