Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Mainly engaged in technical auxiliary work such as sampling, identification, inspection and quarantine requiring certain professional skills, collection, archiving and consulting of professional technical standards at home and abroad, as well as professional storage, delivery and transportation of sensitive food and cosmetics, toxic and harmful biological pharmaceuticals, and dangerous chemicals. (For details, please refer to Part III - Service Requirement Document of the bidding documents.)

2、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單
3、具有人社局頒發(fā)的有效期內(nèi)的勞務(wù)派遣經(jīng)營許可證；
4、為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的潛在投標(biāo)人，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
5、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同潛在投標(biāo)人，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；
6、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. Have a valid labor dispatch business license issued by the human resources and social security bureau;
4. Potential bidders providing overall design, specification preparation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services for the procurement project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project;
5. Different potential bidders with the same unit responsible person or with direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in the government procurement activities under the same contract;
6. Subcontracting is not allowed in this project;
7. This project is specially procured for small, medium and micro enterprises.
