簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為嚴(yán)格落實(shí)“謀劃、規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)”的工作要求，立足彰顯鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)、社會(huì)、文化“四個(gè)價(jià)值”，樹(shù)立“村莊經(jīng)營(yíng)”理念，統(tǒng)籌謀劃示范村功能定位和發(fā)展方向，擬聘請(qǐng)具備相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)的、具有鄉(xiāng)村設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的單位開(kāi)展相關(guān)工作，形成村莊設(shè)計(jì)成果。
Brief Specification Description:In order to strictly implement the work requirements of "planning, programming, design, and construction", based on highlighting the "four values" of rural economy, ecology, society, and culture, establish the concept of "village management", and coordinate the functional positioning and development direction of demonstration villages, it is proposed to hire units with relevant design qualifications and rural design work experience to carry out relevant work and form village design results.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織，具有與委托業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的履約能力；4、本項(xiàng)目不接受組成聯(lián)合體；5、法定代表人或企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一標(biāo)段磋商；6、具備城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制資質(zhì)證書(shū)乙級(jí)及其以上。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal entity or unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law, and have the ability to perform the entrusted business; 4. This project does not accept the formation of a consortium; 5. The legal representative or enterprise leader of the same person or different suppliers with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the negotiation of the same section; 6.
