During the review process, no price discount benefits will be offered for the products of small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；4、要求具備市政公用工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；5、具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；6、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有市政公用工程二級(jí)建造師及其以上資格，并具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核證書(shū)；7、本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向中、小、微型等各類(lèi)供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)；8、 本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not accept branches participating in the procurement activities in their own names). 4. It is required to possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for municipal public works construction. 5. Possess a valid work safety license; 6. The project manager should hold a second-level constructor qualification or above in municipal public works and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate. 7. This project is only open for procurement from various types of suppliers such as medium, small and micro ones. 8. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
