簡要規(guī)則描述：項目位于上海市浦東新區(qū)金高路****號，西臨金高路，南抵佳林路。建筑面積為****7.**平方米，其中地上建筑面積****0.**平方米，地下建筑面積****.**平方米，中心現(xiàn)狀：停車位**8個，其中地上**個，地下**5個。現(xiàn)狀主要功能用房包括黨群中心、游泳館、乒乓球室、籃球館、舞蹈房等體育功能用房，展廳、專用教室、培訓教室、工作室、多功能廳、圖書館等文教功能用房，便民金融服務、食堂等便民服務用房，以及辦公室、會議室等辦公用房。目前建筑處于改造提升實施中，相關區(qū)域根據(jù)改造進度逐步開放。本項目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選擇一家合格的供應商，負責金高大樓的運營管理工作，內(nèi)容包括但不限于：大樓運營服務、維修養(yǎng)護管理服務、公共環(huán)境管理服務、公共安全及秩序保障服務、會務活動保障服務及后勤保障服務。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The project is located at No. ****, Jingao Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It is bordered by Jingao Road to the west and Jialin Road to the south. The building area is **,**7.** square meters, including **,**0.** square meters of above-ground building area and 7,**6.** square meters of underground building area. The current status of the center: there are **8 parking Spaces, including ** above-ground and **5 underground. The current main functional rooms include sports functional rooms such as the Party and Mass Center, swimming pool, table tennis room, basketball court, and dance studio, cultural and educational functional rooms such as exhibition halls, specialized classrooms, training classrooms, studios, multi-functional halls, and libraries, convenient service rooms such as convenient financial services and canteens, as well as office rooms such as offices and meeting rooms.
