簡要規(guī)則描述：項(xiàng)目位于上海市浦東新區(qū)金高路****號，西臨金高路，南抵佳林路。建筑面積為****7.**平方米，其中地上建筑面積****0.**平方米，地下建筑面積****.**平方米，中心現(xiàn)狀：停車位**8個(gè)，其中地上**個(gè)，地下**5個(gè)?，F(xiàn)狀主要功能用房包括黨群中心、游泳館、乒乓球室、籃球館、舞蹈房等體育功能用房，展廳、專用教室、培訓(xùn)教室、工作室、多功能廳、圖書館等文教功能用房，便民金融服務(wù)、食堂等便民服務(wù)用房，以及辦公室、會議室等辦公用房。目前建筑處于改造提升實(shí)施中，相關(guān)區(qū)域根據(jù)改造進(jìn)度逐步開放。本項(xiàng)目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商，負(fù)責(zé)金高大樓的運(yùn)營管理工作，內(nèi)容包括但不限于：大樓運(yùn)營服務(wù)、維修養(yǎng)護(hù)管理服務(wù)、公共環(huán)境管理服務(wù)、公共安全及秩序保障服務(wù)、會務(wù)活動保障服務(wù)及后勤保障服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:The project is located at No. ****, Jingao Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It is bordered by Jingao Road to the west and Jialin Road to the south. The building area is **,**7.** square meters, including **,**0.** square meters of above-ground building area and 7,**6.** square meters of underground building area. The current status of the center: there are **8 parking Spaces, including ** above-ground and **5 underground.
