Brief Specification Description:The compliance renovation of Nicheng Wanda Public Transport Hub will be carried out. The main engineering works include: decoration of management rooms, decoration of station halls, water supply and drainage works, weak current engineering, sign markings, blind paths, etc. (For specific details, please refer to the drawings and bill of quantities). The specific project contents, procurement scope, and the specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the consultation documents.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：1）供應(yīng)商必須是中國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)的獨(dú)立法人、其他組織；
2）具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度、有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金的良好記錄、參加政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中沒(méi)有重大違法記錄；
3）響應(yīng)人須具有具備建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)，同時(shí)具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
4）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人資格：項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人必為投標(biāo)人本單位的工作人員，持有中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的中華人民共和國(guó)二級(jí)及以上建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格證書(shū)，注冊(cè)專(zhuān)業(yè)須為建筑工程；以上項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以在上海市住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇?zhǔn)，在冊(cè)且無(wú)在建項(xiàng)目記錄（同一工程相鄰分段發(fā)包或分期施工的除外，擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理在招標(biāo)投標(biāo)文件遞交時(shí)不得調(diào)整，不得有在建項(xiàng)目。響應(yīng)文件中需提交遞交截止日前3個(gè)工作日內(nèi)打印的注冊(cè)建造師《投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人基本情況表》（通過(guò)上海市建設(shè)市場(chǎng)信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)https：//ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/查詢、截圖）
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:The supplier must be an independent legal person or other organization registered in China.
It shall have a good business reputation, sound financial accounting systems, proper tax and social security payment records, and no major illegal records in the past 3 years before participating in government procurement.
The responder must hold a Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of construction engineering and a valid work safety license.
The project leader must be the bidder's staff, holding a Class II or higher construction engineer certificate (registered in construction engineering), verifiable on the Shanghai Municipal Housing Commission's website with no ongoing projects (except for segmented/phased construction of the same project). No adjustment is allowed at bid submission. The response documents must include the printed "Basic Information Form of Project Leader" (queried from https://ciac.zjw.sh.gov.cn/) within 3 working days before the deadline.
