簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目要是通過競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商的方式選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商為外高橋物流園區(qū)二期規(guī)七路（規(guī)九路-港建路）道路新建工程提供代建管理服務(wù)。本工程位于外高橋物流園區(qū)二期內(nèi)，規(guī)七路西起規(guī)九路，東至港建路，總投資****2.0萬元。（具體詳見第三章采購(gòu)需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project aims to select a qualified supplier through competitive negotiation to provide construction management services for the new road construction project of Guiqi Road (Guijiu Road Gangjian Road) in Waigaoqiao Logistics Park Phase II. This project is located within the second phase of Waigaoqiao Logistics Park, with a total investment of **7.** million yuan. It starts from Guijiu Road in the west and ends at Gangjian Road in the east. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起至整個(gè)項(xiàng)目代建服務(wù)范圍內(nèi)各項(xiàng)目全部驗(yàn)收完畢，并向采購(gòu)人完整提供相關(guān)服務(wù)文檔之日止。
