3、具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)；
4、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
5、擬派項目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負(fù)責(zé)人；
6、業(yè)績要求：無；
7、其他要求：無。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in the list of dishonesty executors, major tax violation dishonest entities, or serious illegal and dishonest behaviors in government procurement on Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China. 3. Possess a Class III or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 6.
