簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為切實(shí)加強(qiáng)川沙新鎮(zhèn)機(jī)關(guān)食堂的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,確保1號(hào)就餐點(diǎn)位(新川路**0號(hào)機(jī)關(guān)食堂)、2號(hào)就餐點(diǎn)位(城建中心食堂)、3號(hào)就餐點(diǎn)位（臨臨園路**號(hào)城廂食堂），3個(gè)食堂進(jìn)一步提高菜品質(zhì)量,更好地為廣大機(jī)關(guān)工作人員提供就餐服務(wù)，擬委托專業(yè)的餐飲服務(wù)公司為3個(gè)點(diǎn)位提供就餐服務(wù)。本項(xiàng)目為非預(yù)留份額的采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目。本項(xiàng)目經(jīng)財(cái)政部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)一招三年（一次采購(gòu)三年享用，分年簽訂合同）。每年結(jié)束后采購(gòu)人對(duì)中標(biāo)人的工作進(jìn)行考核，并在相同采購(gòu)任務(wù)的條件下確定次年合同的簽訂。如年度考核未通過(guò)或項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容及價(jià)格變動(dòng)較大的（超過(guò)原合同采購(gòu)金額**%），將重新采購(gòu)。具體項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容、采購(gòu)范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以招標(biāo)文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to effectively strengthen the service quality of the government canteen in Chuansha New Town, and ensure that the No. 1 dining point (No. **0 Xinchuan Road government canteen), No. 2 dining point (Urban Construction Center canteen), and No. 3 dining point (No. ** Linyuan Road Chengxiang canteen) further improve the quality of dishes and provide better dining services for the majority of government staff, it is proposed to entrust a professional catering service company to provide dining services for the 3 dining points.This project is a non reserved procurement project. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.

（3）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的其他采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
