簡要規(guī)則描述：為了打造適老化適幼化公廁，本項目將浦東新區(qū)范圍內東方路****弄、環(huán)龍路4號、錦康路**0號等** 座公廁進行總體功能提升，優(yōu)化布局，增加人性化服務設施并嚴格按照《上海市環(huán)衛(wèi)公廁適老化適幼化標準及驗收標準》(試行)。本項目主要工作內容包括增設通行扶手、高低臺盆、更新潔具、局部修繕等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見競爭性磋商文件清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description:In order to create aging and child friendly public toilets, this project will enhance the overall functionality of ** public toilets within Pudong New Area, including Lane **** Dongfang Road, No. 4 Huanlong Road, and No. **0 Jinkang Road. The layout will be optimized, humanized service facilities will be added, and strict adherence to the "Shanghai Environmental Sanitation Public Toilet Aging and Child friendly Standards and Acceptance Standards" (Trial) will be implemented. The main work content of this project includes adding access handrails, high and low basins, updating sanitary ware, and partial repairs. ②具有依法注冊成立的獨立法人資格,具備中華人民共和國企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照及相應的經營范圍，企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照需經年審合格；
③具有建筑裝修裝飾工程專業(yè)承包貳級及以上資質；
④項目經理須具備建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格；
⑤根據(jù)財庫[****]**號文要求，本項目專門面向中小企業(yè)，投標人需提供《中小企業(yè)聲明函》；
⑥本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。
